Who Must Register?
Foreign nationals aged 14 and older who meet these criteria:
🔹 Not fingerprinted when applying for a U.S. visa.
🔹 Stayed in the U.S. for over 30 days.
🔹 Parents of children under 14 who have remained beyond 30 days.
🔹 Individuals turning 14 must re-register within 30 days of their birthday.
Who is Exempt?
✅ Green Card holders (Permanent Residents)
✅ Visa holders with I-94 forms or work permits
✅ Those who applied for U.S. residency (even if denied)
✅ Individuals in removal proceedings
Deadline & Registration Process
📌 February 25, 2025 – The deadline for undocumented immigrants, unregistered Canadian visitors, and certain DACA/TPS applicants.
